1.Data We Collect

We only collect the data needed to run the service:

• Account data: name, email address, WhatsApp number, and password (stored encrypted). If you log in with Google, we receive the name and email of your Google account.
• Order data: chosen package, names of the couple or event host, event date, time, venue, invitation link name, payment method, and transfer receipt photo.
• Invitation content: text, photos, videos, music, and designs you upload or create in the editor.
• Guest data: guest names, WhatsApp numbers, labels, guest counts, and notes you add to the guest list.
• Data from invited guests: names, attendance confirmations (RSVP), and wishes that guests submit on the invitation page.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and server access logs, used for security and to prevent abuse (such as spam on RSVP forms).

2.How We Use Data

• To create and manage your account and orders.
• To process and confirm payments and generate invoices.
• To show your digital invitation to the guests you invite.
• To prepare WhatsApp messages to guests (messages are sent from your own WhatsApp).
• To contact you about orders, payments, or support.
• To keep the website secure and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

3.Guest Data and Invitation Content

You are responsible for the guest data and content you enter, including making sure you are allowed to share your guests' WhatsApp numbers and the photos you upload. The invitation page can be opened by anyone who has its link, so share the link only with people you invite. A guest's name appears on the invitation only through that guest's personal link.

4.Sharing Data with Third Parties

Data is shared only as needed to run the service:

• Hosting and server providers where the website and files are stored.
• Google, if you choose to log in with Google, and to display fonts (Google Fonts) and maps (Google Maps) on invitations.
• WhatsApp, when you or your guests press a button that opens WhatsApp.
• Email providers to send order notifications.
• Authorities, when required by applicable law.

5.Cookies and Browser Storage

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you logged in (session), remember your language choice, and temporarily save design drafts in the editor so they are not lost. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser settings, but some features may stop working.

6.Data Retention and Security

Data is kept while your account is active or as long as needed for the service, bookkeeping, and legal obligations. We protect data with reasonable measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted passwords, and limited admin access. However, no system on the internet is 100% secure.

7.Your Rights

Under the personal data protection regulations in force in Indonesia, you may:

• view and update your account data in the Account menu;
• request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data;
• withdraw consent by stopping use of the service and asking for your account to be deleted.

8.Minors

The service is intended for users aged 17 and over or who are married. Users under that age should use the service with a parent or guardian.
