Terms and Conditions

1.Service

Studio 80 Invite provides web-page digital invitations, a design editor (Template and Studio), a guest list, per-guest links, WhatsApp message sending, and RSVP and wishes features. The features you get follow the package listed on the Pricing page at the time of ordering.

2.Account

• You must provide accurate data (name, email, WhatsApp number) and keep your password confidential.
• All activity on your account is your responsibility.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, spam, or violations of these terms.

3.Orders and Payment

• The applicable price is the price shown when the order is created. Prices may change at any time for new orders.
• Payment is made through the methods available on the payment page (bank transfer or QRIS) for the exact amount shown.
• After paying, you upload the transfer receipt. The order becomes Paid after our admin checks it.
• Orders not paid by the deadline become Failed and can be renewed with a new deadline.
• Keep your payment receipt until the order is Paid.

4.Cancellations and Refunds

Unpaid orders can be left or cancelled at no cost. For Paid orders, cancellation or refund requests are reviewed case by case. Please contact our admin with your order number and the reason.

5.Creating and Editing Invitations

• Invitations can be created once the order is Paid, by choosing Template or Studio.
• Each order uses its own copy of the design. Your changes do not affect the original theme or other customers' invitations.
• Changing the template replaces your edited design with the new theme.
• If our admin helps with the design, you remain responsible for checking the details (names, date, venue) before sharing the invitation.

6.User Content

• Photos, videos, music, text, and guest data you upload remain yours. You permit us to store and display them solely to run your invitation.
• You confirm that you have the right to use that content and that it does not infringe others' copyright, trademarks, or privacy.
• Uploading unlawful, pornographic, violent, hateful, or fraudulent content is prohibited. We may remove such content and suspend the account.
• Users are responsible for the usage rights of any music they upload.

7.Themes and Intellectual Property

Theme designs, the logo, the name "Studio 80 Invite", the website design, and the program code belong to Studio 80 Invite. Themes may be used for the invitation in your order, but may not be copied, resold, or used outside our service without written permission.

8.Invitation Links and Active Period

• The invitation link becomes active once the order is Paid and a theme is chosen.
• The link name is chosen when ordering and must not already be in use. We may reject link names that are misleading or infringe others' rights.
• The invitation's active period follows the description of the chosen package on the Pricing page.

9.WhatsApp Sending

The Send via WA feature opens WhatsApp on your device with a pre-filled message. Messages are sent from your own WhatsApp number and are subject to WhatsApp's terms. Use it reasonably and only with guests you invite, so that WhatsApp does not restrict your number.

10.Limitation of Liability

• We work to keep the website running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, for example during maintenance or network and server outages.
• We are not responsible for incorrect data entered by users, links shared with unintended people, or indirect losses from using the service.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

11.Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date above will change. By continuing to use the service after a change, you agree to the new terms.

12.Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be resolved amicably.
